Description

Mwende is a Registered Massage Therapist with 2200 hours of school training. She graduated in 2013 and is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She has worked in spa and clinical settings providing Swedish, Relaxation, Therapeutic, Cupping and Hot Stone massages. Mwende's treatments include a variety of techniques that combine both a relaxation and therapeutic approach, she uses techniques such as Myofascial release and Trigger Point Therapy to increase circulation and improve overall function of muscles, fascia and other supporting tissues of the body.
