His natural tendency to care and help others in attaining optimal health, along with his commitment as a competitive athlete looking to improve his performance, are two of the reasons why John is a registered massage therapist today.

To ensure he provides patients with the highest quality and standards of care, John is continually furthering his education to learn more massage techniques in the areas of osteopathic manual therapy, sport therapy, and rehabilitation.

Summary

Our vision is to establish Body Smart Health & Fitness as the premier choice for integrated health care and progressive fitness.  We are a multidisciplinary health and fitness center which includes physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, kinesiology, acupuncture, personal training, and a fully equipped fitness facility.  For the last 15 years, Body Smart has grown almost exclusively by word-of-mouth referrals from our clients, and community health care providers.  Come and join the Body Smart movement, we are redefining health and fitness!
