Description
With a long history of gymnastics and aerial silks, I've discovered a deep sense of body awareness and injury prevention. My Kinesiology degree has provided me with the scientific knowledge around ergonomics and movement. This allows me a better foudation to help you connect back into your body. Once you are in your body, this is where the healing takes place, and insights arise. I am fascinated with the mind-body connection which keeps me well read on the topic. There is a deep healing that takes place when both mind and body are engaged.
