Description
Stephanie graduated from the University of Guelph, majoring in Human Kinetics in 2020 and from Lambton College’s Massage Therapy Program in 2023. She joined our team in 2021 as an Exercise Therapist focusing on strength and conditioning programs to provide a safe return to work or daily activities. Steph continues her passion of treating injuries and proper recovery as a Registered Massage Therapist. Her background in Kinesiology and a course in Cupping will enhance treatments.
