Description
What is Bowen? Bowen Therapy is a non-invasive technique that is used to treat both chronic and acute health conditions by using a holistic hands-on approach. It addresses the body as a whole, while focusing on specific moves that stimulate the autonomic nervous system. The moves are gentle, yet profoundly effective, by having a rehabilitative response. By stimulating the autonomic nervous system (ANS) this promotes neuromuscular re-patterning that helps the body rebalance.
