Description
Sean's treatment techniques include relaxation-focused massage with a special interest in musculo-skeletal assessments, deep-tissue release and myo-fascial release treatments. Sean is an advocate of exercise - whether it is going for a walk, or getting into the gym - as a part of a healthy lifestyle. You can find him often in the gym, and as a result he is effective in helping clients return to strength-based exercise. Recently, Sean has focused his continuing education on Evidence-based Treatment of Persistent Pain for Massage Therapists.

Summary
There's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all body. When you experience pain, discomfort, or limited motion, you need more than a one-size-fits-all treatment approach. Our approach to physiotherapy assessment and treatment acknowledges that each individual's condition is unique and will require unique treatment. Our work with patients involves careful attentive listening, thorough physical assessment, and thoughtful intervention -as the patient, your needs and goals are central to this process. We have broad training in varied approaches to musculoskeletal assessment and treatment.
