Description
Since my graduation from Fleming College in 2010, I have been providing massage therapy treatments in Trenton, and also in Kingston since 2020. I am involved in the education of future massage therapists, currently working as an instructor at a private college here in Kingston. I have experience treating all ages from children to seniors and performing prenatal massage. My treatment style encompasses myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, joint mobilizations, passive stretching, and deep tissue therapy.
