Michele is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in good standing with the Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia. Michele practices Deep Tissue Massage in conjunction with fascial approaches using cupping and Guasha as well as techniques from Indian Head massage. You can expect a focused treatment tailored to your needs and a quiet safe space to explore your mind body connection. Michele is comfortable with clients rehabilitating from accidents, people working through chronic pain as well as those who enjoy the benefits of massage for their overall wellbeing.
