Alexandra is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Elegance College in Cornwall, ON. After spending many years as a nationally ranked competitive swimmer, Alexandra recognizes first hand muscle fatigue and muscle strain. Alexandra’s first hand experiences with Massage Therapy guided her into this field of practice. She is passionate about helping her clients improve their overall well-being by focusing on rehabilitation, physical maintenance of the body, and pain management.
