Description
Natasha Matheson spent 6 years backpacking across Canada, where she discovered her passion for massage. She began her training at CDI College in 2016, completing 2400 hours, and continued her education with a Rehabilitation Therapist Assistant course in 2018. Natasha takes a progressive approach to treatment, beginning with relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system before transitioning into deeper, therapeutic work. She incorporates deep breathing to help patients ease into more intense phases of treatment for optimal care.
