Jackson employs techniques including myofascial release, joint mobilizations, muscle energy, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching alongside Swedish massage to help patients manage, treat and prevent injuries. He believes it is important to have patients understand the ways in which they can contribute to their own health and well-being.
