Courtney has been a practicing as a Registered Massage Therapy since 2018. After graduating from the Massage Therapy program at Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in Fredericton and practicing as an RMT she is excited for her new adventure here in Ottawa. Courtney is in good standing with the CMTO and RMTAO. Courtney believes each treatment should be specific to the individual's needs. This may include therapeutic massage, deep tissue, Cupping therapy, Kinesiology Taping, Lymphatic Drainage or simply time to reflect and unplug from this wild ride we call life.
