Justin is trained in a variety of massage techniques, including but not limited to: Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy and relaxation. He has experience with strain/sprains, disc injuries, arthritic conditions, postural conditions, chronic issues and more. Justin’s goals are to help reduce pain and discomfort due to stress, repetitive strain injuries and exercise.
