Description
I have worked with Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Personal Trainers, and other Registered Massage Therapists. I have treated a wide variety of complaints, both chronic and acute. People with repetitive strain injuries, fibromyalgia, whiplash, headaches, back, neck, and joint pain are just a few of those who have found relief with my treatments. My techniques are wide and varied, ranging from aggressive myofascial stretching and trigger point releases, to moderate Swedish massage, to subtle joint articulation techniques, lymphatic drainage, and craniosacral therapy.

Lauren is amazing. She works with you to confirm what areas need to be focused on and how best to treat what's causing issues. If you're interested, she is able to explain in technical or layman's terms what's happening and what her treatment is doing. I highly recommend her!
