Description
I graduated from Everest College with Honours in 2011. My passion for fitness and wellness began at a young age, as I spent my youth on the hills of Craigleith Ski Club in their Racing Program. Later I became a skilled dancer, was a teacher’s assistant at Rosedale Heights School for the Arts, and had the opportunity to train at the Royal Winnipeg School of Ballet. My passion for sports and dance led to a vested interest in soft tissue injury and rehabilitation.
