I am a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario and have been practicing for 7 years. I am a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO) and I am trained in multiple massage therapy techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, Myofascial release, Prenatal, Cupping, Hot Stone and Ashiatsu. I enjoy combining various techniques to help my clients manage pain and stress for an overall relaxing experience. I look forward to working with you to help achieve your health and well being goals.
