Description
I enjoy how grounding and restorative Massage Therapy can be for the body and mind to find balance through intentional and respectful touch. My massage style utilizes a blend of myofascial techniques, slow strokes and dynamic movement to facilitate relaxation and to "make space for change." I am a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and my previous educational background includes a degree in Gender/Women's Studies and Sociology. I'm looking forward to where my curiosity for health and wellness takes me next.
