Description
I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist (R.Ac) with a background in movement therapy and energy medicine. My lifelong interest in holistic health led me to pursue a rigorous path of education in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Massage Therapy. I believe the body holds the wisdom and innate capacity for self-regulation and healing. From a Traditional Chinese Medicine approach, I aims to facilitate this inner process with tools such as acupuncture, cupping and massage.
