Stephen provides relaxing and rehabilitating massage depending on the client’s needs. Stephen helps restore movement by releasing tension and discomfort using a variety of techniques such as swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sport massage, joint mobilization and trigger point therapy. His treatments will help alleviate pain and reduce stress and other symptoms.
