Description

Helen graduated from the massage therapy program at Kikkawa College, winning the award for the highest academic and clinical achievement in the graduating class. She has trained for sports massage and Tai massage and is also a registered acupuncturist and traditional Chinese medicine practitioner with years of experience in hospitals and clinical settings.  Helen integrates traditional Swedish massage with acupressure, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and deep tissue massage. Her goal is to provide personalized care to assist each client in achieving their optimal health.
