Description
During his time at York, Thomas worked with various elite athletes ranging from varsity athletes to Olympians. His experiences include working with dancers at the National Ballet of Canada, as well as with the National Wheelchair Rugby team. He has also spent some time in the private clinical setting rehabilitating patients with hip replacements, knee replacements, achilles tendon repairs, ACL reconstructions and more. Thomas strongly believes in the importance of combining therapeutic exercises along with manual therapy in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
