About 

Ali is a dedicated massage therapist who thrives in helping each patient reduce their pain levels and improve range of motion in order to live more comfortably. He conducts assessments to help determine which structure or muscle is involved during injury or pain. Ali will then provide a hands on treatment which may include techniques such as: Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release (MFR) and other advanced Massage Therapy techniques. To conclude a treatment, Ali perscribes remedial exercises, that can be done at home or at the gym, which will help with each specific injury or pain.
