Romy has spent most of his time and childhood growing up in the world of mixed martial arts and sports. He knows what it takes to train hard, the discipline and determination, the regiment of improving skills and techniques, the injuries that comes with the game, and what it takes to be an athlete. His background in instructional and competitive martial arts and fitness as a personal trainer, as well as the health and hospitality industry compliments his massage therapy practice. Romy's passion allows him to apply an educational approach to helping patients improve there overall performance.
