Description
Derick uses a selection of deep tissue techniques to release tension and improve the quality of life of the clients he works with. He also uses decompression cupping techniques to release tension and improve circulation across the body. Derick believes in incorporating exercises and educating clients as to how they can reduce pain that may be felt from muscle tension.
