As a RMT, Bruce seeks to optimize the body, minimize pain, and improve recovery time to achieve peak performance. Bruce specializes in deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, relaxation and general Swedish massage. He is committed to working with his clients to provide an individualized treatment plan that yields long-term results, and believes in the philosophy of training smart not hard.
