Description
I get to help people overcome their pain everyday, and I don’t think I could ever love another job more. Being primarily a deep tissue therapist I really prefer using a slow MFR approach to break up deep adhesions in the muscle body. I love working with people from all walks of life, from chronic to acute injury rehabilitation, or simply needing an hour to unwind; I’m there for it. Let’s start your healing journey!

Alexa is amazing! She intuitively found me issue spots quicker than any provider ever has. She really worked with the tissue to apply the amount of pressure it responded to. Amazing mix of knowledge, skill and intuition!
