Some techniques I enjoy implementing into my clinical massage therapy treatments include, but are not limited to, deep tissue release, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, intraoral release, as well as Pre and Post-Natal treatments. The benefit for you can range from improving your circulation, posture, flexibility, and range of motion to decreasing stress and improving your rehabilitation.

After 10 years of practicing massage therapy, I've had the opportunity to open 'Arden RMT' my independent studio located in the heart of Suterbrook Village in Port Moody.

Here I have the opportunity to provide care to anyone needing to relax for an hour, rehabilitate an injury, or even just work out some of those aches and pains from day-to-day life.
