Description
I incorporate slow & focused moves, along with different modalities including CranioSacral Therapy and Cupping to address each clients needs, and bring about a deeper level of relaxation. In addition to Traditional Swedish Massage I also offer Thai Massage- think of it as a cross between Yoga and Shiatsu- the massage is done on a mat, and while wearing stretchy comfy clothes (like what you’d wear to the gym or yoga) your body is moved, stretched and massaged in a gloriously rhythmical massage that leaves you feeling taller, and relaxed. Located in a comfortable home practice setting.
