Sophia obtained her BA Spec. Honors in Kinesiology at York University; thereafter, her diploma in Massage Therapy at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Sophia’s clinical experience working in a multidisciplinary hospital and a massage therapy clinic has given her skilled hands and perspective into the multidimensional framework of healing and the human body. Her approach with bodywork has helped athletes at all levels of competition, accelerating recovery post-training and performance, and effectively treating various soft tissue injuries.
