Description

Mio moved to Calgary in 2011 and completed a 2200 hr program at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2014. She has worked at several massage settings and spent time in Montreal learning Thai yoga massage, which she incorporates some of the techniques into therapeutic and relaxation massages. She is also trained in pre & postnatal, hot stone massage, and reflexology. Her philosophy is based on balance and wellness. She believes massage is an excellent art to help the body’s self-healing process and to maintain physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.
