Description
Attended Mount Royal University and have my 2200 hours of massage training. I have studied martial arts and music for most of my life and have put my passion of movement and music to my massage practice. Keeping the body flexible and able to move when you want is important. To be able to aid clients to better their well-being through massage has become a passion of mine. Treatments can vary depending on needs. I have experience in Thai massage, reflexology, acupressure, deep tissue, therapeutic, sports and relaxation massage as well as prenatal and postnatal, cupping techniques and stretching.
