Description
I graduated from the 2200hr Massage Therapy Program at Mount Royal University in June 2021. Growing up with an athletic background, I was introduced to the massage therapy industry through sports related injuries. I loved learning more about the human body and rehabilitation which led me into my studies. I enjoy treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and enjoy using a wide variety of techniques. My areas of expertise include, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release and stretching techniques.
