Description
Elmar’s journey into massage therapy was fueled by his passion for holistic health and his long-standing involvement in martial arts. He holds a brown belt in Aikido, has a background in wrestling, and is currently practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The discipline and anatomical knowledge gained from martial arts have greatly enhanced his massage practice. A full-time single father, Elmar values quality time with his daughter, often hiking and enjoying nature together. He has lived in Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Albania.
