Description
Christiano is an honours graduate of Bryan College and has always been intrigued by biology and mechanisms of life science. He is passionate about working with people to make a positive difference in their lives. Christiano uses a diverse range of techniques tailored to the individual needs of the client. Some techniques include Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, joint mobilization, and trigger point therapy. In his free time, he enjoys partaking in self-care activities, such as bike rides, nature trails, and has also started practicing yoga.
