Hi, my name is Yog Sadra and I am a Registered Massage Therapist. My passion is to help people and heal them from their pain, their stress and, their fatigue. I believe it to be my duty to help to my furthest extent of knowledge and ability. My specializations are in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Bamboo Massage, Kinetic Massage, and BioFlex Laser(Cold Laser).  My philosophies as a therapist are to treat the mind and the body as a whole as it is crucial to have both parts working in order for there to be optimum function.
