I focus on using the foundation techniques of Swedish massage to treat stress, pain and physical conditions as well as developing skills to treat as a clear and honest Healthcare Practitioner. I am a lifelong learner, most recently certified in Hot Stone Massage Therapy. I am honoured to be included in your personal health journey.
