I'm a graduate of The Massage Therapy College of Manitoba (Wpg, 2013), The Sunshine School of Traditional Thai Massage (Chiang Mai, Thailand, 2015). Certified in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Joint Mobilizations, Dermo-neuro-modulating, Acupuncture, Neuro-Proprioceptive taping . I use a holistic and preventative approach, assessment-based, specializing in low back pain. I'm a triathlete. My pronouns are she/her.
