Vanessa uses a combined approach that may involve techniques such as Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy, tailored to your particular needs. In addition to her hands on treatments, she provides accessible homecare and exercise suggestions in order to help you get more out of your massage. Having a diverse practice, Vanessa enjoys working with a variety of clients including adult and youth athletes, seniors, and individuals with chronic pain. She welcomes all bodies and all genders, and subscribes to a Health at Every Size approach to care.
