I am available by appointment and unable to answer the door or calls while busy.
I am accepting new patients for daytime appointments only (11am-3pm) Monday-Friday. 
I am on the 3rd floor of a walk up building, and unfortunately there is no elevator. so you must be able to do stairs.
Payment is required at time of service. You will be given an insurance receipt to submit yourself.
