I have been practicing Massage Therapy since January 2015 and I love my job! My private massage therapy practice specializes in recovery and quality of life improvements. Sports injuries, repetitive motion stress, chronic joint and muscle pain, prenatal discomfort, tension headaches, and many other common issues can benefit from massage therapy. My approach uses massage therapy combined with at-home stretches and exercises to help the body recover, and improve strength and range of motion.
