Description
I’ve always had a passion for being a part of the health care field and have found a fulfilling career as a Registered Massage Therapist. I graduated from Humber College in 2017 and has been practicing in multidisciplinary clinics since then. I look forward to new challenges and learning experiences everyday. In a typical massage treatment I like to use trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage techniques, stretching, joint mobilization, and deep tissue massage to ensure effective treatments. It is my happiness to help people recover from acute or chronic injuries/conditions.
