While many people think massage therapists “fix” pain issues, I believe that my treatments are far more complex than an attempt to “fix”. My philosophy is: “Your health is your wealth” and “there is no better prevention than focus on healthy habits”. Building or rebuilding yourself back up whether from deep illness or from moderate discomfort to happy, productive, no pain state maybe easier than you think. Massage therapy is just one tool in my arsenal that aims to help you restore balance of body and mind.
