Description
Elsie graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in December 2021. She’s spent the last two years practicing massage and studying human anatomy. Mental and physical health has been important to her for many years and she is eager to share her passion with the community. She focuses on integrating a variety of therapeutic techniques including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, stretching and swedish relaxation.
