Trey Bendo is a Registered Massage Therapist and Level 1 Reiki Practitioner. Trey's approach to treatment blends traditional Swedish techniques with elements of Thai, fascial and reflex techniques for a treatment that encourages overall mobility while addressing specific impairments and facilitating balance in the nervous system.  Trey believes that effective treatment involves a balance between challenging the body's limitations and creating a state of relaxation where healing is most effective.
