Annabel is a former Junior British international sprinting champion. She completed a Sport Massage diploma (UK) in 1995 and graduated from the 3000 hour, Registered Massage Therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2010. She has post-graduate training in pre and post natal massage, joint mobilizations and level 1 and 2 of The Mastectomy Guide training, providing post surgical care for those who've experienced any breast or top surgery. She is comfortable working with children, seniors, and those with intellectual and physical limitations.
