As a former American College of Sports Medicine certified trainer, Erik understands that the key to exceptional health lies in taking a complete and holistic approach. Implementing proper lifestyle choices, remaining active, and being mindful towards total body maintenance has always played a large role in his life. It is this passion that has led him to become a Registered Massage Therapist. While completing the 2800 hour Registered Massage Therapy Program, Erik has had a wide range of experience working with those in care facilities and hospitals, to championship calibre bodybuilders.
