Description
Hamid is no stranger to injuries and pain since he has faced a series of soft tissue injuries along with fractures due to high demanding athletics (martial arts, body building and soccer). It was during his recovery that he discovered the benefits of massage therapy and began to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist. Hamid has experience in treating acute and chronic overuse injuries, sports rehabilitation and injuries incurred from long hours of working at a desk or poor posture using Deep Tissue, Myofascial & Trigger Point Release, NeuroMuscular techniques &joint mobilization.
