Amber Watson, RMT, (NHPC) graduated from Alberta College of Massage Therapy with honours with distinction in 2021. Amber’s approach to massage is more therapeutic with medium to deeper pressure and specialization in trigger point therapy, active engagement and myofascial release, along with other non-Swedish and Swedish techniques. Treatments range from specific work on chronic areas and injuries to full body muscle tension and stress reduction. Every treatment is adapted to each individual's needs.
