She has been living in Eastern Ontario for the past 20 years growing up in Rockland and now settled in Wendover. Laura realized early on that her passion was helping others. Her genuine interest in people and friendly disposition make her approachable and easy to talk to. She is a natural problem solver. She is motivated to use her interpersonal skills, attention to detail and hands on skills to customize a treatment plan that will support and encourage you to improve all aspects of your health.

- Laura is an active member, in good standings since 2016 of both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. She successfully completed the 3 year Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College. Here she was the recipient of the 2015 Class Representative Award.
- Laura has experience treating clients including those with chronic pain, postural imbalances, repetitive strain injuries, TMJ dysfunction and more. Her interests are prenatal massage and lymphatic drainage.

Summary
Therapeutic massage is treatment that is more focused on dealing with a specific issue or injury. The pressure and technique will vary depending on the individual, but the goal is resolution of the issue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff neck, back and shoulders, TMJ, Sciatica, Tendonitis, and other overuse injuries. The treatment can be uncomfortable, so communicate with your therapist during the treatment and to report any lasting discomfort post-treatment.
