Description

Nichola graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Trillium College with Honours.  She went into this field to fulfill her desire to help others both through treatment and remedial home care.  Nichola is trained in Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and stretching/strengthening techniques.  Nichola loves being a mom, spending time with family and friends, good music (Soca!), strong coffee, and experiencing nature.

Summary

We are a wellness clinic offering a variety of alternative health options.  We offer acute/emergency treatments but our goal is to educate patients about the value of preventative and wellness care.  Our belief is that by utilizing a combination of the services we offer plus practising good lifestyle habits, a person can achieve optimal health.  We look forward to welcoming you and your family to our centre!
